Majored in Psychology and Greek at the University of Pretoria. 2 years as officer in the South African Navy. Joined the South African Foreign Office and spent 15 years working as a diplomat in various countries in Africa and the Far East, gathering political and economic information and compiling it into reports, memos and recommendations that, after analysis, were submitted to the countries’ decision makers. Published a novel internationally in 2002. Photojournalist for own on-line magazine, www.portelizabeth.co.za, and on a CSI book and TV series for Kaelo Worldwide Media.
